HTVRONT Sublimation HTV for Dark Fabric Guides and Manuals

Remove the HTVRONT Sublimation HTV from its packaging.
Ensure you have all necessary materials, including a heat press, cutting machine, and weeding tools.
Use compatible design software to create your custom design.
Cutting the HTV:
- Load the HTVRONT HTV onto your cutting machine with the shiny side (carrier sheet) facing down.
- Set the cutting machine to the appropriate settings for heat transfer vinyl.
- Cut the design, then carefully weed out the excess material, leaving only your design on the carrier sheet.

Heat Press Setup:
- Preheat your heat press to 320°F to 330°F (160°C to 165°C).
- Set the pressure to medium to high.
Fabric Preparation:
- Pre-wash the fabric to remove any sizing or residues. Ensure it’s completely dry before applying the HTV.
- Pre-press the fabric for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
Applying the HTV:
- Place the HTV design on the fabric with the bearer sheet facing upwards.
- Place a protective sheet (such as parchment paper) over the design.
- Press the design with the heat press for 15-20 seconds.
- Apply firm, even pressure throughout the pressing process.
